About The Editors

Dr. Satinder Kaur Gujral, is the Principal of Reena Mehta College of Arts Science, Commerce and Management Studies affiliated to University of Mumbai. She has 15 years of academic experience. She is Doctorate in Commerce (Management) and has been associated with teaching of Commerce and Management Subjects. She has been recognized as a postgraduate teacher by University of Mumbai. Her research work includes Minor research projects submitted to University of Mumbai. She has contributed number of papers in Conferences, Journals and PhD. She has published 40 Research papers in reputed National and International Journals. She is also a Paper Setter, External Examiner and Moderator for University of Mumbai.

She has to her credits author & co-author to a number of books in the field of Commerce & Management. She has been appointed as an External Referee and Evaluated 8 Ph.D. Thesis. She is a Member of Indian Commerce Association, All India Principal Association and Editorial Board Member of International Journal in Management & Social Science. She has also been appointed as NAAC PEER Team Member.

Dr. Vijit Chaturvedi, is a professor in OB, HR & Psychology with Industry and Academia experience of 19.5 years. She is Doctorate in HR, M.Phil. in Management, MB with specialization in HR and Strategic management. She is an accredited trainer and Industrial Psychologist along with certification in Labour laws.

She is currently working as Professor in the area of HR and Psychology and Head of Department-Pratyahara “Department of Spirituality, Research &Consciousness” which conducts Certificate Programs in Spirituality, consciousness matched in a scientific way. She is also Research Coordinator - Funded Projects of the Institution. Her Research area includes -Strategic, administrative, and behavioural aspects of Human resource/People management. She has to her credit more than 65 publications in different areas (Including Indexed and Peer Reviewed Journal).

Seven Scholars are pursuing their Doctoral program and 7 have been awarded Ph.D. in last 7 years. Training and Consultancy experience includes both PSU’s and Private organization in Behavioural, Technical and psychological aspects as MDP, EDP and consultancy assignment in training effectiveness measurement few organizations where trainings were conducted includes -NPTI, SEWA Exports, Sunland Alloys, Govt Degree College Faridabad, DAVIM, World Bank, NHRC, KRIBHCO, Election Commission of India, CFAI, Sleep well Foundation IOCL.

Dr Rawish Iqbal Ansari, MSc MA(Phil) MBA (HR) BEd PhD (HR) D.Litt (Education) Honoris Causa Jordon River University USA is an Educational Innovator and Teacher Educator. He has 25 years of vast experience in Education Industry covering all facets of learning and teaching, right from primary and secondary years to adult learners! He has worked for 13 in the capacity of a Principal of a school and college. He has also been honoured with the Best teacher and Best principal Award for his excellence in the field of education. He is always keen to do something for the betterment of Education System. Empowered by people and knowledge he finds the strength to face every challenge with a smile and grit to surpass. His motto is " you are not a drop in ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop "

Mrs. Linda Xavier, is Currently working as an Assistant Professor & Ph. D Scholar at Saveetha College of Nursing, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Science, (SIMATS) Chennai, Tamilnadu. She completed her Master’s Degree in Child health Nursing from SIMATS. She obtained her Hospital Administration from CMC, Vellore. Her areas of Interest are Child Psychology, Intellectual Disability, Forensic Nursing

Kirti Sachin Bhosale, Research Scholar

COEP Technological University, Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience: Total 24 years (ten years in civil industry and fourteen years in teaching).

Approved UG & PG teacher of Solapur University.

Worked as committee member for the duration 2012-14 and 2021-23 for Civil Division at the Institution of Engineers, Solapur Local Centre, Solapur., under which conducted many activities for engineering fraternity.

In civil engineering industry, worked on various projects with design engineer, senior engineer & project engineer designation.

Taught around ten subjects at UG level and four subjects for PG level till date.

Attended 72 and conducted 23 state, national and international level seminars, workshops, short term training programs, faculty development programs including two AICTE refresher courses and two TEQUIP courses.

Currently pursuing PhD in civil engineering from College of Engineering, Pune.
